Dropped the Pink Floyd theme my nation had, annoyed the hell out of me. It's still got the same morals and whatnot, it's just more personal now.

You can join the World Assembly to influence hundreds of nations, but other than issues there's no direct way to change your nation. The factbook is really neat though.
