A few tips for you since you sound new
Fury warriors should be duel wielding 1hers, until <whatever level you get titan's grip or single minded fury, it was 69, idk if they changed it now> at which you can choose to duel wield 2hers or stay with 1hers.
(Gear won't make or break you at level 24, but I'll post these so you know what to look for in the future)
Aim to replace that belt, even something with one or two strength would be better since int is useless, haste is a fury warrior's worse stat, and stam isn't all that important for dps
Thanks. At that time I was just equipping the items that added the most armor and stuff, like the shield. :D

i'm planning on making a tank at some point what should i do

like what class (probably warrior) what gear what specialization so on

I don't personally know but from what i've read prot warrior seems to be the most fun tank.

My sister played as one and it looked very fun, tanking wise.

ok so the warrior, what kind of gear should i use

My first character was a fury warrior, I used a shield too for a little bit in earlier levels
A shield doesn't really do a ton for non-prot specs though, it's just a dps loss

At low levels you'll use mail, but then you learn to use plate at <forgot what level>, and you'll want to switch everything to plate because you'll get a 5% stat bonus
As for stats, just look for strength (unless you're protection, in which case you want stam too)
As far as secondary stats (hit, expertise, crit, haste, and mastery at 80+) don't worry about it too much at lower levels, although you could look at a site like noxxic.com for later levels, but keep in mind the numbers and percents (like "you need 2550 hit rating to get 7.5% hit") is for level cap

For tanking you'll want as much stamina as possible.

but then you learn to use plate at <forgot what level>
I'm farily sure that's level 40

so i did this little mining route in durotar, i went through this route 1 time and got:

120 copper ore

114 rough stone

i gave 80 of each to a friend and the rest was able to get my mining up to 60 and my engineering up to 74

edit: go here if you want to level professions: http://www.wow-professions.com/

2/6 Mogu'shan vaults.

my guild is slow, :|

i have a nice business in selling ore i've made up to 300 gold so far (i'm only selling low level stuff like bronze and some iron but still)

Get to level 60 and learn flying, it'll make your life easier.
