A juvenile can be treated as an adult under the following circumstances:
A juvenile, age 14 or older, who is charged with a felony involving the use of a firearm;
A juvenile, age 14 or older, who is charged with committing a Class A or B felony. (Class A & B felonies include: Murder, Rape 1st, Robbery 1st, Burglary 1st);
A juvenile, age 14 or older, who is charged with any felony, and who has been transferred and convicted in adult court before;
A juvenile, age 16 or older, who is charged with any felony, and has a prior felony adjudication (conviction) in Juvenile Court.
Forgot that.
