I think that people who go to death sentence should first get a chance to..

Inresponse to the the Batman shooting, I would have shot the man dead myself. People are going to do bad things, you can come up with all the excuses you want. If someone is going to be a danger to others you get rid of him or isolate him from the population as fast as you can.

I'm for the death penalty. Murder, tax evasion, arson, grand theft and such are all good reasons.
Public beating and labor camps for other criminals of lesser crimes.
Death by the ever efficient guillotine. Quick, painless, cheap. People have survived the electric chair and other execution methods, I have yet to hear of a guillotine survivor.

Kill one warn a hundred. Crime prevention.

Even if it were me who were guilty of the mentioned crimes, justice still needs to be carried out. Come and kill me French Revolution style if I become guilty of any aforementioned crimes.

For those criminals who want to die, kill them, of course. Why should any of their wants or desires affect the course of justice, which should be impartial?

I disagree with death penalty

As the saying goes, an eye for an eye makes the whole world blind. Killing a man for killing another man only makes it worse. I think death penalty should be reserved for people who commit the worst crimes, like the Batman shooting, or the Cheshire Home Invasion, if you guys have heard of that one.

I just say try to rehabilitate them, I mean somewhere in life everyone has a chance for redemption. Rehabilitation has helped many people become cured of alcoholism or drug use. Do they get "fixed" mentally in prison? NOPE, not really! That's why we should work towards a better system of rehabilitation of the criminal's mind than have them rot for years and years with nothing to think about but...revenge, MORE murderous deeds, and overall negative thoughts that could cause another crime to be committed.

I think the biggest issue is prison violence. Highly dangerous criminals who cause violence in the prisons should be locked in solitary for extended periods of, with breaks to go through therapy and counselling and all that stuff. Seems like it's a lot more effective than letting them sell drugs and stab eachother.

I have yet to hear of someone who was actually completely and successfully rehabilitated in prison.  How does locking them up with a hundred other bad examples help?  If you're gonna put them in prison, put them all in solitary.  They can see their family once every 5 years. 

Death should be used for Flash Mob, and rape.  Maybe not rape, but most certainly if they take many lives. 
Maybe the victims' families could decide whether the man dies?
