A new Slayer-Compatible Disguise Kit

This would be quite useful for a server I'm working on.
Greek2Me himself says it should be a simple edit to make it Slayer-Friendly.

Not much editing. You can probably find someone that wants to in S&R.

It's already broken/breaks Space Guy's TDM, try and make sure it doesn't mess up Slayer.

It doesn't break Slayer, it just doesn't show up in-game. If I go to execute it in console, it says that I need TDM to use it.

I thought it worked fine with TDM, but that doesn't matter because this is Slayer so you kind of need to delete everything that has to do with the TDM mod in it.

this is 100% compatible with Slayer and 0% compatible with tdm, the exact opposite of the old version.

It contains 4 prefs you can use to customize how the disguising works
-Show own team (when you use the disguise tool, if this is true it will be like the old version. if this is false it will display your team as number 0--try it out to see what I mean)
-Smoke effect on disguise (if true, when you disguise you will smoke up and poof, like old version. if false nothing happens)
-Sound on disguise (if true, will play a sound, like old version. if false no sound)
-Disguise time (in ms) (how long it takes to disguise)
