Server addon-loadout prefs

I am tired of having to tiresomely deselect and reselect tons of my mods whenever I want to host different things on my server. It takes me longer to do this most of the time than the time i spend actually on my server and it's really annoying for me, since I use tons of different mods. I was hoping there could be a addon loadout prefs mod of sorts, kind of like the avatar preset prefs.

Anyone support this idea?

There is an add-on on RTB that does this, though it only shows it on the default add-on enabling window. I'd rather have one built into RTB instead of the default, as it's much more simple on RTB.

what im suggesting is like the loadout preset buttons in the brick or avatar menus. you can make it how you want then make it a preset, and click a button to use the preset stuff at any time. thats what i want for my addon list :('

also what is the addon your talking about? i dont think ive ever seen it before :o

Actually, yeah it is if you put every single add-on your using into one group. You can then disable/enable the entire group for certain types of server you're going to host. I used to have a 'Freebuild', 'TDM' and 'Zombies' groups depending on what I wanted to host at the time.

i'm not going to waste several hours just to make those addon groups. they are NOT what i am asking for! i dont use the RTB stuff to select my mods at all, and whenever i do use it, it lags very badly.

I just tried to do what you're suggesting in order to prove to you that it's not what i'm asking for. I simply try to go to "your mods" section of my rtb overlay and the game lags very bad for a minute before the addon stuff finally appears. then when i try to look at my addon list it is very confusing and nothing like what i want or what im familiar with. the addons are grouped weird, and when i try to make a "group" it deselects all my addons and tells me to pick the ones to put in the group. that is extremely frustrating for me because i do not even know what half the mods are that i use by name, so i would not be able to figure out what i actually need until i end up figuring it out after countless trial and error. i am not going to waste the entire day just to use the RTB group stuff, because it doesnt even work the way i want it to.

All I want is a simple addition to the REGULAR addon menu that lets me set my mod loadout as a preset, like in the brick menus or avatar menus. and without making me trying to figure out what to select when i dont even know what mods i need without looking through all my files to figure out which ones they are that i actually want.
