You can't disprove the existence of a god but you can disprove religions. For example, just about everything factual written in the bible is now believed to be false by anyone with any knowledge of science. This is more than enough reason for me to discredit the entire religion.

Yes I can. If Jesus had existed with his almighty omniscient powers then he wouldn't have indoctrinated his followers with incorrect beliefs. The reason that things in the bible are wrong are because people didn't know back then. If Jesus had no clue that the sun was actually the center of our solar system and that our solar system is less significant in the universe than a single atom is on earth, then he probably had no idea about the existence of a god.

Furthermore, just because it cannot be disproven doesn't mean it should be believed in. To make a popular argument, there is no proof that a flying spaghetti monster doesn't rule our universe, so why don't people believe that?
