Author Topic: Prototype 2 or Saints Row 3?  (Read 2317 times)

I have a $50 GameStop card to spend and I'm not sure which one to get.

So which should I buy?

In my opinion Saints Row 2 was better than the 3rd so, I would get prototype.

i just recently bought sr3 and the amount of crazy stuff you can do is amazing but its a bit of a shoddy game with not much meat.
i feel like everything is made of plastic.
i only had fun when i stole military tanks and parked em in my garage

i want to get prototype but dunno if its worth my money

this with a little bit of "its only fun for an hour before you'll only play it 3 days later"
Saints row will pretty much hand you all you'll ever do within the first couple missions. its barely worth your money. worse is that it has so many cheats you don't even NEED to do the first mission to have all you could ever want

You should get SR3, it's a lot more optimized than SR2 and I enjoy it more compared to SR2. It entertained me for about 40 hours according to my Steam playtime. Even funner if you play with a friend.

So because you have no self control and you give yourself all the best stuff in the game using cheats right at the beginning, you call the game bad because of it?

I think you should get Prototype 2 if you are looking for more of a serious action game.

SR3 if you want an more silly open world game with a pretty good campaign.

Saints Row 3.  Prototype 2 is NOT worth $50 as a singleplayer game.  Any singleplayer game should just be bought cheap, at least $30 if you really care enough.

I haven't played Prototype 2, but SR3 got pretty boring quite fast in my opinion.

If you have sr1 and sr2 you don't need sr3. it's not nearly as good as the past ones.

I haven't even used any cheats, and I've played the game for more than 50 hours

bullstuff. Sr3 is amazing.

Also get prototype 2 because i bought it and i cant stop jizzing.

No. but if its going to have cheats it should have ones that dont allow you to pretty much have no need of the entire game itself. I have selfcontrol seeing how i wanted to know what the VTOL was like and because of a simple command it appeared in my garage. It's like they included all the cheats so you could type two words into google and take the entire aspect of Gameplay and Surprise apart because now you already know all the weapons, vehicles and such that you'll get.

of course you're gonna find cheats if you search for them. you don't have to use them once you see them. how does it take out the aspect of gameplay and surprise when you don't use them?

Saints row

i don't know about you, but even a week after i'm still having fun playing the game
