wow

i wish i had comcast

And this is why BT sucks.

Really, at those speeds I could use up my entire monthly internet transfer limit in less than 7 minutes.

Son of a bitch. This makes me wish we never got rid of Comcast.

Comcast is launching these new enhancements and offerings across many major markets, including Boston, Hartford, Philadelphia, Pittsburgh, Harrisburg, Wilmington, Baltimore, Washington, D.C., Richmond, and New Jersey.

GLORIOUS

now I risk my internet derping out for a bit while I powercycle

Y U NO COME CLOSER TO ME COMCAST :C

i download around 1 gigabyte a day of random stuff so comcast bottlenecks are speeds so loving much.

As of today Comcast has made the speed changes live for the northeast. To get these changes you may be required to power cycle your cable modem for 30 seconds so your modem can update the config.

If your speed is still the same after the reboot then the update is not in your area yet, but should be no later than Friday. Remember, be sure your hardware supports the speeds.
How to power cycle?

and me speedtesting to the same location tango just did:

I tried to do a speedtest but my speeds are so slow it couldn't even finish the test.
