DONT LISTEN TO STEVE
HE HASN'T EVEN LOST HIS MEDICAL LICENSE

This happens to me when I get up in the morning too fast sometimes. My vision turns black and I feel light headed and very tired. I think it has to do with blood pressure.

Is this what it is?
Happens to me also.

When you're sitting/lying down, blood doesn't have to pump as hard. When you quickly get up, suddenly the heart has to work harder to pump the blood where it needs to go, so the brain is temporarily deprived of oxygen until it adjusts. This causes these kinds of effects.

i once passed out from this once. it's called orthostatic hypo-tension or something

You get up too fast and the blood falls down yo bod and your brain goes "osht I have no blood n' stuff" and it goes all like "aaaaaa" and you start passing out but then it's okay.

So if i sit down for extended periods of time like an hour or more and then get back up i feel like im high/drunk for about a minute and then i go back to normal this has been going on for about a month now and im wondering if theres an explanation...

It's called a head rush

This is also the reason why military pilots wear pressure suits.

This happens because your blood rushes to your head when you sit up. There is no real way to fix it that I know of. (Except not sitting down in the first place, of course.)

every damn time
forget YOU BLOOD PRESSURE

also, does it have anything to do with blood pressure levels being below normal?

I love when this happens. Reminds me that I am alive c:
