Your entire previous post falls apart because of that! Oh, except this.It's rather well known that various hosts simply perma-ban people when they break the rules, you can't call it extreme punishment. We're removing people from the server we do not want in the server.
Didn't deserve it? You broke the rule twice (we've already banned people numerous times for this) albeit under a misunderstanding, but I seem to recall ignorance not being a valid defence?

you probably would've been unbanned a few pages back if I had anything to say about it, but i don't. now, it's not seeming so likely because you're still here, still making a big deal out of this. our server is successful. it might have cracks running down it's framework, but it's not broken in half.

I'm not denying that it isn't but you'll still end up banning loads of people who didn't do anything wrong.

There's people in this thread who weren't banned but are still pissed that Lugnut is doing this. Word of mouth is probably what's going to cause Lugnut's server to empty out.
