no matter how you dress it up, abortion is and always will be killing a baby. it is horrible, and the fact that people are supporting it is horrible. human parents should die to protect the lives of their children. only selfish parents that are more interested in themselves would do something like "abort" their own child. don't give me that garbage about "oh but they are really caring for the baby cause they couldnt support it :(". there are tons of other options out there. such as giving your child up for adoption.
the argument that parents who cannot financially support a child should abort it, is incredibly stupid. obviously, we can see what matters more to the parents here. money is more important to them then a human life. no ifs, ands, or buts.
the argument that women who have been raped and concieve should abort is also incredibly stupid. the child is not responsible for the crime that took place. it may be a byproduct of it but a child still means much more than that. don't try to rationalize it by saying stuff like "but women should have control over their bodies". sure, they can have control, but it should be a responsible control. as a human being, you have an obligation to protect and care for any and all of your offspring, whether they are inside of you or not. you cannot control life, or what happens to you. but if you play it right you can reduce the chances of stuff like rape happening to you. the illusion of control may be convincing but it is never real.
That is my two cents.
Alright, right off the bat, this claim is bullstuff.
While killing a baby during abortion is true, it's saving it from a much worse life. Foster homes are terrible child support. And if the poor family did indeed decide to keep it, it would likely die of starvation anyways. Also, if a baby is defected to the point where it will die anyways, through lots of pain and misery, why not stop it from having to go through that.
Abortion is a legitimate option.
You cannot decrease the chances of rape occuring totally. It is possible for someone to just smash down your door and love you up.
A human life and money cannot be compared because they are two separate things. A human life is traded off for immense suffering during said living thing's short lifespan. If a child will not live no matter what, why bother having it at all. You are not obligated to protect your offspring. People in China do not care for their children the majority of the time. Indeed, they just put them in dumpsters if they're not male and the parents do not wished to be taxed heavily.
As stated before, abortion is legitimate to save from suffering during the baby's life time. If you do not wish to have a baby, you do not need to have it.
