Dang, I must've not exported the 32 bit as actual 32 bit or something. I'ma try to fix it now. I don't have a windows, and I don't want to start VM Ware(virtual machine) so bear with me...

I tested the 32 bit on a VM of windows XP. It 32-bit should be working now.
