you lose any claim of "right" as soon as you host a server, from there people can do whatever the forget they like

this build isn't complicated to make at all.
if it had some sort of magic detail that was thought up by you i would say he truly copied it but this is the same as posting 4 plates as a build, and then someone else does it and you get mad at him for copying you.

To the people saying "lol it's fine"
If I were to save one of the builds hosted on Jirue's Youse, and only play it in singleplayer or on a passworded private server, it would be totally fine.
If I hosted it with Jirue's permission, it would be fine.
If I hosted it without permission, changing some things or leaving it as is, and passing it as my own, it isn't fine, which is exactly what Ark has done.
