forget same thing here. Its not such a bad thing really. I had to download a stuff load of files before it crashed so that means that something new is here. Which is V21.

You aren't getting any loving refund because you have to wait for a fix, if you have had it be your 'best friend' for 3 years then clearly you have had a good 3 years worth, you aren't getting any loving refund so wait for Badspot to try and fix it and get the forget over it.
