Teleri economists have produced a global debt report. Things look grim.
- Telar, Erinaum, New Manhattan, Olvaia, the NIR, and Karthinia all have about $100 trillion in debt and an approximate net income of -$250 billion annually.
- Emmeria has [it about twice as bad as that.
- Epsilon and Fynland have virtually no debt (neither of them seem to be active nations).
- The Iron Legion is rolling in cash because we all pay them more money than Earth has on it. They've got about the rest of the world's debt in reserved capital and an annual income of about $1 trillion.

The Teleri president stood trial before the Teleri Court of Governmental Affairs today. Prior to his appointment, he gave a speech to the Teleri people about why he did what he did. The speech was so moving that the 25% of Teleri citizens that didn't hate him has doubled. About 10% of the Teleri like him, another 40% are neutral/optimistically wary, 45% still hate him, and another 5% really don't car who's in office. The Court found him Not Guilty of all allegations brought against him except for lying to the Teleri people. For this he has been sentenced to complete his current term, and afterwards be barred from running for office ever again.
