If money is spent by the government, then the price of goods for the Civillian population is not affected by it. ERLU control facilities control supply to meet demand at the ideal price. ERLUs are twice as efficient as a human when it comes to work capability.
Einaum is also, for the most part, self-sufficient, so the flow of goods is controlled by rigid data brown townysis, not loose speculation.
