The MTHEL can be mounted on medium to large aircraft, small tanks and even in mass numbers on aircraft carriers.
The THEL can not be moved from the mounted location on top of a building, but can effectivly shoot down a projectile moving Mach 5 or slower in a few secons.

A Devastator flies to the mountain, and observes from afar where exactly the cave is.

Three squads of troops roll up in HMMWV's and ascend the mountain with the aid of the Devastator.  They attempt to enter the cave.

Da rbls start firing down from the cliff.  One RPG shot hits an HMMWV on the terrain where it is steeply climbing, and it tumbles to the bottom of the cliff two men inside are badly injured, one is slightly harmed, and the rest are dead.

It's a steep mountain.  You'd have to either climb the face of it or drive around the other side and climb down the face of it with troops.

The commander of an Erinamese Vanguard division active in NIR approaches the commander of the NM army, and salutes him.
