Just FYI I'm fairly sure most countries would be in a budget crCIA right now due to the massive military advancements.

Anyways, Kintharian scientists are now working on a cure for AIDS because I'm assuming that stuff also developed. Well actually they have been working on it but now there's like progress and stuff.
