The fleet was not destroyed, therefore, the Olvaian submarine was not needed to destroy a fleet that wouldn't be there.

The NMN would retaliate by scrambling tank buster jets and divers,  bombing the forget out of NIR's navy.

Aircraft carriers would also deploy NGET mechs.
