The messages rang clear to me that NM was infringing upon Erinamese peace and development.  If anything, even if it was meant to be sarcastic, I never assume a particular meaning unless it is said straightforward.

The message in its joke-like form would need no comment, therefore no comment was needed on that message.

However, the other suggests an agressive intent.  That, I have reason to reply to.
