We don't really need proof.  Everyone who roleplays at some point powergames, it's inevitable, and it mostly takes place while they are still new to roleplay.

I propose two methods to stop powergaming
One being: We decide the outcome of battles via Warzone 2100, which somebody, I think Tomcat, had asked for at some point.
Two: We use random dice rolls, 1-100. I don't like this method because somebody could lie.
