You realize how big a .50 BMG is right.

A comparison of your average 5.56 NATO round with a .50 BMG bullet w/o case.

You did notice the link right

Yes.  I was just saying, your average kevlar vest can block 2-3 5.56mm rounds before being rendered useless.  A kevlar vest can't even protect against a .50 BMG.  If your vests can block two .50 cal rounds, then you can take a ridiculous amount of AR fire and still stand.

there's a ingame unit editor, where you make units from parts.
I knew Spore got the idea from somewhere....

EDIT:
Icelochian SM Alpha depth: -1.309 miles.

Icelochian R&D reports that MAC technology should be ready for testing soon.

It's not a vest dude, it's full body armor. Weighs about 50 pounds.

No it's not like that, it's like, you pick a chassis, then the wheels, then the weapon

Iceloch and U.C.S.C. are invited to trade with New Manhattan.  We offer 100,000 GSR-2's, 100,000 FLS Defender v1's, and 50,000 GT-58 air propulsion grenade launchers.

Yeah, i seen that, though i have no clue what GSR-2s and FLS Defender v1s are...

Find the weapons section.

EDIT: Satellites.  Many more satellites.

Okay. Time to bring things down a notch.

1. Telar's first supersoldier died of a brain anurism. Research shows that it was the result of the genetic resequencing, and the effects had compounded with each successive generation. Telar's supersoldier program was a bust all along. The stolen data was useless. The supersoldiers are humanely terminated (6 second neurotoxin in their suppers, they died in their sleep).

2. Telar takes the following actions:
  • Telar embargoes imports and exports to/from New Manhattan and its allies.
  • Telar forcibly relocates all those within its borders affiliated with non-PHMA nations across the Kintharian border.
  • Telar will no longer be allowing citizens of non-PHMA nations across its borders.
  • Telar recommends all PHMA member nations do likewise.
  • Telar demands recompense for lives lost during New Manhattan's theft. 1 billion (USD equivalent), or twice as many New Manhattan vacationers to Telar will be executed as Teleri guards/researchers died during the theft.
  • Telar institutes martial law. Security crackdowns begin. Citizens lacking proper papers are executed.
  • Telar resumes its supersoldier program at a new location with a new method.

More satellites, floating fortresses. Another moon base is built.

Telar ramps up production of everything.

Oh, and Swat.
You were right, the hand that I shook conspired with the one that stabbed me in the back. Blazer is as bad as you said. He is Riddler, or at least resorted to Riddler's methods. I, however, am not Stalin. I'll simply settle for making sure blazer does not take advantage of any other nations.

Henceforth, all terrorist acts against Telar will be blamed on New Manhattan. Any evidence pointing to anyone else is obviously planted by New Manhattan agents. Loss of life, data, materials, &c. will lead to appropriate recompense.

We didn't use lethal rounds.

Also, by embargoing trade between all of my allies, you pretty much just blocked out the entire world, good job.
