If i could get enough money i would drive across the country with my friends to get to california. I think i would have a hard time convincing them to go with me, and i'd rather not drive from one side of the US to the other alone.

Cali is loving amazing, no humidity. Only Dry-Heat (Gets really hot though, 100+ at times in the summer)

I've always wanted to do this trip, i would probably just try to get onto route 66 as soon as possible and ride that way until i reach California. One thing i'd be sure to do is bring ten gallons of fresh water, i've seen enough of those shows where some guy gets stranded on a road in the middle of loving nevada and dehydrates only to be saved by a trucker and half a pint of stale orange juice.
