My computer's mouse settings i think are somewhat slower than normal mouse settings so i had to up my look sensitivity

Not sure why i decided use Raw Input if i was just gonna up the sensitivity, but ever since i did that, i didn't feel like undoing it

If you're using Paint.NET, save it as a PNG and use VTF Edit to import it with both image and alpha formats as DXT5
