I'm somewhat satisfied with the results
The replay category must have gotten some bad submissions to get the nominees it got, so it must have been difficult for Valve to choose four videos, Monster Kill was too drawn out, i understand the person wanted to show him laying out the stickies, but after that, it was just boring until the part where the detonates them, but even then it wasn't exactly a 'wow' or anything, Slow Realization didn't really have any effect on me, Tele-Camping Gone Wrong was neat, but i kind of liked the high five one mostly because of the timing of when the Sniper's hand was slapped and when he was killed, i expected it to be one of those 'I'm gonna Self Delete right as the high five lands' thing, not "EPIC" but still amusing
I would have liked Practical Problems to win Comedy as it's like a Spy vs Spy thing and all that, but i don't mind MaxOfS2D winning, the voice for the Medic could have been better, the Soldier was okay, but Raikujo still does an alright job at portraying the Scout, the music was pretty good, i liked the effects and the rainbow sparkles on the Heavy were nice, i saw the 'chick' joke coming from a mile away after the Scout told Heavy his wish, but that didn't stop it from being funny
For the Drama category, Electric Creeps was okay, but not really Saxxy worthy, i mostly liked it's use of Half Life 2's sound and music, i don't recall much of Story of a Sentry, it was pretty good from what i do remember, Till Death Do Us Part was great, but i mostly like how it kind of tied in with the creator's parody of the ZombiU trailer, i'm not really sure, but something about Bad Medicine made it feel like it was more dramatic and sad, perhaps it's the use of the effects, lighting and the music that made it seem that way
Meet the Dumpster Diver was pretty good and deserved the spotlight, but i feel that i must nitpick at repeating 'A Little Heart to Heart' in the beginning only to have it cut off after the Soldier digs in the trash can, i think that would have been better off being silent if anything
Badwater Bebop was pretty neat, but i felt like it was lacking something, i don't recall The Chase, so i can't say much about that, Electric Boogaloo was alright, but i'm not exactly crazy over the designs for the robot, it looks good, but it just doesn't look like it should be able to stay upright and the way the pilots are positioned in the roosterpit just looks uncomfortable
