there are a few numbers that are supposedly special

0/1- "lowest number" (level 0 is only seen in odd-leveled vintages)
42- meaning of life (except fish cause those are all lvl 42)
69- "haha love loel"
100- highest level (except for stupid-high level botkillers)

so if I have a level 1 misc and a level 1 hat, does that mean they're worth more or something?

All promo weapons should be weapon skins which can be applied to pre-existing weapons

which i later named "fancy's face-splitter" because i get so many god damn headshots
and one day on skype i was complaining about how i had a strange part for headshots but couldn't put it on the rifle because straaaangeees

So anyway

I read this interesting post on spuf about the Steam Market

If weapons could be sold, people will start idling a lot more. Obviously thousands of people would be competing for better prices, so eventually weapons will drop to 0.02c a piece. Thus driving down the price of refined, since refined is so cheap people can craft random hats cheaper, thus driving down hat prices. In the end effecting valves sale of hats.
