Valve decided at the end of November that they would make items purchased from the Mann Co. Store craftable. Since that was the only thing stopping more clean Scarves from entering the market, the price plummeted.

I've been meaning to get another Description Tag to make a related description for it, so for now it's just the one left over from when it was "Mike's Memento".
