So, I just traded a Bills hat for a Craftable Spine Chilling Skull 2010.

Backpack.tf says the Skull is 4.5 keys though, and not 10. Is this normal?

People should be able to learn what the text box says when putting your cursor over the price.
Also don't see 4.5, only 3-3.5 for uncraftable and 9-10 for clean

It wasn't tradable, Gift Wrap was used.
Neither did Backpack.tf tell me that an untradable one would be worth something else.
