disciplinary action is that speed-up whip, right? makes sense since the soldier is slower than most already so he could have extended range to hit teammates and get that speedboost
actually, teammate hit detection might be the glitchiest stuff you'll ever see, it's even worse than reg melee hit detection. you can walk directly behind them and snap them, and it won't register, but you can aim in front,
where they aren't, and it'll hit them but make no client-melee sound, just the speedup.
