actually, now that i think about it, valve kinda failed us with them. Look at the black market heavy set: it was ment to be stealth based, but then again you could always use the tomislav's intsa-rev without the rest of the items, and gruviches ruled (until it was nerfed to hell). why didn't valve make the tomislav require the items IN ITS OWN SET to be useful? WHY VALVE? WHY?!
