I looked on the comments of the demonstration video for the Infernal Ochestrina, no one seems to know the origin of the tune (but it was also used in an episode of ATHF apparently), people on the discussion page of the item on the wiki don't know, but a link was posted to a G.I. Joe parody that used a longer version of it

i'm trying to find the profiles of people who own a certain unusual hat, which i figured would be pretty easy, but even though websites like backpack.tf can view everything in a backpack super quickly, there's no search like that.

backpack.tf says that 12 unusual anger aces high exist, but it can't tell me who owns them. any way of finding those people?

is that something the website itself sets up? i've looked at four different sites that have listings for unusual hats and two were outdated, one said you needed to pay the website cash, and backpack.tf was the most up-to-date but has no obvious button that should do what i'm looking for.
