The new soundtrack is called Three Days to Live and is from the garage scene where the Engineer and Medic are showing the Scout the mutating bread, then the scene where the Medic says that they only have three days to live (which is were the song got it's name from, obviously) and also the scene where the Soldier is holding the bucket the Spy gave him and a loaf of bread drops off of the Medic's table

Well, duh. Peiple shouldn't have done it in the first place if their computer is a toaster and complained to Valve about it. Anyways, someone on Facepunch actually modified the VTF files to actually have the textures use the highest quality all times. It's pretty easy to do with VTFEdit. Just extract the texture, import the texture again with the picmip function disabled, and save.
