You shouldn't need to downgrade your minigun to deal with one player lol. Also, unless you're already wound up or catch him off guard, a good scout will still win. I have no problem dealing with Natacha Heavies with a Scattergun. Can't imagine it being too difficult when you run so fast you can close the gap before the the Minigun's wound up.

I've never had trouble with the Natascha, except with Heavy vs. Heavy.  The +100 ammo is actually pretty nice.

My aim's fantastic, I rarely use more than 3 shots to take a player out. The BFB isn't OP in the hands of someone who can't aim too well. They're harder to hit but not much else. If you give someone who's good at aiming the gun, and they get used to it, they can go like 15 kills without dying without exaggeration.

The same argument can be made about people playing against the bfb, if you suck you're gonna get wrecked by someone with it. However, if you have a functioning mouse you'll out dm them by the very fact you have more aerial capabilities and more ammo.

Which is why I dont think the hype for the soda popper isnt just a gimmick. Being able to have excellent aim and superior aerial capabilities makes that scout more powerful than a fully boosted bfb one. Ive been killed more by obnoxious jumping scouts than fast bfb scouts.

Ammo doesn't matter all that much in most Scout V Scout fights assuming every hit lands though. 4 is more than enough, I rarely use 6 unless there are more enemies as the person I'm fighting is usually dead before all 6 shots are fired in many cases. Also aerial capability doesn't just out beat raw speed, they're completely different things and your statement can be reversed and still remain subjective.

Thats because its a stuff unusual. There has always been 10 key unusuals, and they are always stuff tier hats with stuff tier effects.

If you go to the Unusual price list you can find all sorts of cheap ugly hats at the bottom

Or pretty much any sentry. Sentries are the biggest defense against scouts. Makes playing dustbowl as scout almost impossible.
