Port actually came up with the name and I feel it is respectful to name it that since he is scripting it all.

No because you can just wait till next round.
Each round is about 7 minutes so it's not long.
The person most likely will be warned first and if they do it again they will be banned.

That's pretty damn long IMO...Can the length be automatically adjusted based off of the playercount?
