100,000 IN ONE DAY, This needs to keep up.

I wonder what we could do with gas giants. They've supposedly got a small planet-sized rocky center, and I doubt a game like this would need fuel for ships, so what would we do with them?
Gas giants (look at Jupiter and Saturn) often have many, many satellites. I'd like to see them have dozens and dozens of small objects to conquer along with rings.

I'm pretty sure that gas giants are slated to have aerial (space) battles.

This game is a Waaaaaaagh! but instead of Orks its robots
I played TA, so yeah I knew that part already. FOR THE CORE!

Is this gonna be on steam?

Will this be on steam?

PA will be available on a wide variety of distribution platforms, including our own: UberNet. We will absolutely submit the game to Steam for approval, but its Valve's decision. Its possible by the time we release that Steam Greenlight will be the way to go and if so, we'll use that.

From the trailer it seems a little too good to be true. However I'm confident, most likely they will use a square box trick and wrap a round model around the Plannets. Kind of like when you zoom out in Civilization 4.

About 30k until metal/lava planets.

This IS the same company that made SuperMNC, MNC, and TA, though, which were amazing games.

The company that made the Deus Ex series also made one of the biggest videogame flops of all time, Daikatana. Even the biggest and most acclaimed companies forget up from time to time.

I most certainly will follow this game's development and release, but anything can happen when it comes to the gaming industry.

I wouldn't say that "too good to be true" would generally be the best reason, but okay.

After what we saw with Spore, I can imagine how something like that would be hard to imagine as real.

But I personally don't think you can forget up like that twice.

I'm not serious, I'm just a little more optimistic.

Keep in mind that these were, technically, from two different areas, meaning the dev team would've been different from each other. Pretty sure these are the exact same guys who were working on SMNC

You mean company with some of the people who worked for Cavedog that made TA.
