Not the most painful but definitely most sickening and frustrating was when I smashed my head and got a concussion and wasn't able to walk or anything because I was constantly dizzy and even just laying down would be like the world is spinning.
And I hate being dizzy.

Also, being shot in the balls from 2 ft with a paintball gun was almost as painful as breaking my leg, forget you too balls.

6 years old, iron that was on for 3 hours fell off the ironing board after i slid under it.

Landed on my face, giving the left half a third degree burn. rolled over screaming and it fell on my arm, burning it badly in the crotch of my arm.
Got rushed to the hospital and had a big bandage on my face for a few weeks. Then had some treatment thingy put on twice a day, which burned like crap, but eventually healed it up.

Don't have any scar on my face anymore but the burn on my arm is still vividly there from 10 years ago.

I'm naturally a safe person, so the worst thing that's happened to me was I had burned myself on my wrist at 250F, it swelled and i now have a scar on my left wrist because of it.

most painful would be the time I was in a rear-end car accident with a couple friends (we got hit from behind at about 35 mph by some stupid woman who didn't realize we had stopped), I was sitting in the back passenger seat. I was lifted off the seat and backwards a bit and my head smashed against the roof of the car which just happened to be the same location of the middle seat belt hook thing. instant crippling headache + gash on the back of my head.

most debilitating would be when I broke both of my wrists simultaneously by falling off my scooter at high speed and cushioning the fall with both of my hands about 6 or 7 years ago.
