"Consuming cows milk may actually weaken your bones. Dr. T. Colin Campbell’s work in The China Study has had a profound impact on many beauties today. These darlings have moved away from cow’s milk for fear that cow’s milk has too much protein for the human body (cows are big boned animals afterall). Dr. Campbell argues that too much protein in our blood stream actually leaches calcium from our bones* weakening them."
"Yes, dairy products can be high in saturated fat as well as retinol which at high levels can paradoxically weaken bones. "

Milk is bad for you!
It has hormones in it that ruin your body! Some organic milk has no hormones, but other than that, IT IS BAD FOR YOU!

Not the whole story. The hormones are for helping newborn and infant mammals grow. But after a certain point, milk won't have an effect/have negative effects.

I'm sorta forced to drink milk since I'm in high school and therefore living with my parents who are brown town about this sort of thing. When I move out, I don't think I'll buy much milk. Maybe for cooking, but that's about it. I have never broken a bone in my life and while I'm sure that's partly attributed to drinking milk when I was, like seven, but otherwise, it's my reflexes.

Once, I had the great idea to drink an entire glass of milk. I can't see how people enjoy the taste.

i'm looking for a link to a medical/scientific journal, not a website telling me milk is bad and then advertising it's own products at the end of the article

people have been drinking milk since forever, if it didnt kill them then i should be ok

I like it plain, however you could cheat and add chocolate syrup.

Is an article hosted by Michican State University enough?
I'll look for a medical/scientific journal, but everything else I'm finding is saying the exact same thing : The protein in milk causes a pH imbalance and the body uses calcium stored in the bones to correct it

i've been searching through scientific and medical journals constantly since you said it and i can't find squat to support what you're saying

Fun fact. The person who discovered cow's milk was drinkable was very, very thirsty.

i can find plenty of websites google searching for that, but as soon as move on to the scientific/medical journal search engines i can't find anything.

And the fact that she hasn't replied for a while says that she can't either.
