Revised statement: You're pretty much forced to interact with people, at least on a minimal level, if you go to a public (or private) school. Homeschooling, you don't have to every day.
I say I do find that generally healthier. Because it gives me time to form my own personal self and not have the option of building my personality off of others.

So is homeschooling.
Both have expenses that need to be covered. You need to consider the method.

Public school is great. And free.
Public school should really teach you about how taxes work.

I don't like interacting much except with people I really know :panda:

What ghetto ass public schools do you people go to where they make you pay for books and "class dues"?

Pay attention to who youre electing as governor/congressman and maybe youll get some funding

He knows how taxes work, he means you dont have to pay out of pocket like you would if you go to private school. Why do people feel the need to nitpick just for the sake of being a douche?

Public schooling just took a big leap in the poll o.o

I had to pay 50 dollars this year for some of my classes.

This piece of stuff county.
They charge you for as much as they can because they feel the need to have a stuff ton of funding.
My hometown was worse when it came to funds and such but they didn't make people pay...

Public schooling is great.

Only thing we pay for at public school is sports and notebooks and pencils.

I feel the more we get into the subject on school expenses this is going to turn into a right and left political debate on the economy.

Um dont blame the country blame your stuffty ass county/parish, state, or district. Your parents vote on how funding is allocated within the school district (At least they do here) so blame your parents for not wanting to pay a little more in taxes so you dont have to pay a ton in "class dues"

EDIT: OOPS you said county. Still applies though.

Oh thank god I was starting to think I lived in some utopian school district

More than likely, which I really wouldnt want to get into.

Lets try to keep this on track.
