I would edit that out if I was you.
Am I dismissing the topic? No. I'm stating my opinion on the legalization of Marijuana.

The air you breath now is no more deadly than if it was marijuana smoke in the air. What makes you think that the pollution you breath now will be any more deadly if people smoke weed? From what I understand people already do. All smoke goes to the same place, the air. Can you tell me where else it might go?
What are you talking about? Stop being a nutter. I'm saying that allowing people to smoke in public places will increase the amount of smoke in public places. And yes, marijuana smoke (or the smoke from a cigarette, car, forest fire, wh'ever) is worse than the air I'm breathing right now. Yeah, there's pollution in the air. But why should I want MORE pollution in the air?

Your opinion was dismissive due to the fact that it was no opinion honestly.

You basically just said "dont care but whatever"

Hell loving no. We're gonna have second-smoking on a massive scale after a while.

Unless you are sitting in a hotbox or are somehow allergic to pot second hand smoke isn't going to do anything, no chance of getting any high off it.

Everyone throws this rule around like it's nothing.

You can kiss weed legalization goodbye if Romney gets this term. ;-;

i'll be pisd

If this happens make sure to email me from the other side. I'm sure you want to get you feelings known once you have crossed over

Marijuana smoke is not pollution and if you think it damages the air than you are incapable of retaining facts. I dont think legalization of smoking pot is going to start a massive smoke-fest and create a blinding cloud of smoke that everyone breathes in. Marijuana smoke is already in the air no matter how much you want to deny it. Besides, hot air rises.

I honestly don't care.

Who were you replying to?
I didn't see you quote anybody.

Was it directly about the topic or were you in discussion with another person?

I was discussing the topic at hand, Jesus.

"nobody cares whether or not weed get's legalized" is bannable. Stating that you don't have a preference, but don't want to get killed by it, is not loving dismissive.

Seemed to me like you blatantly said it directly to the op.

If that is what you meant, whatever then.

I believe that Marijuana would be fine legalized, although it would still need a great bit of control. The main reason being that, obviously, second hand smoke could get unwilling or unknowing bystanders high (I wouldn't mind :3). Obviously, like stated before, taxes from this would provide HUGE revenue, likely shrinking the US' huge debts.

Perhaps smoking it would be confined to certain areas of a place, such as bars, or smoking lounges.

...It's smoke. Smoke is a kind of pollution. I don't think you quite understand what I'm saying, but I'm not sure why. I'm saying that allowing public smoking of any kind puts smoke into public places. Sure, a tiny amount may drift from your house to the mall, but that's a very tiny amount. Letting people smoke anything IN the mall will put more smoke in it. I'm not saying the air will turn black with smoke. I'm saying the amount of smoke would increase.

X should be illegal because X can pollute the air!

Vehicles should be illegal because vehicles make gas which can pollute the air.
