Unfortunately, Mars died a while ago, Europa Lab 65 is taking it's place (basically a underwater station)
It'll be branched off the Gibbed code.

Technically you could swim in the water, though. You'd have to re-code the momentum of space to have a resistance factor, and you'd be able to move a little easier.

To make it easy, probably the way plasma and N2O does. Except much much faster.
