So much for that reward of checking the ship out so that guy could loot it. Atleast we got boxes.
The whole point of the mission was to get the cargo, which the guy who gave you the coordinates will get 40% of. The cargo is where the real money is.

Get out of there and check loot.  If possible, see if you could run some kind of magnetic scan on the star.  If it has a core consisting of a lot of iron, get the hell out of there RIGHT AWAY.
The cargo sums up to about $3000 worth of tech to sell on the black market, which is considerably more than the predicted $2500. According to your deal, you will keep $1800 of it and he will get $1200. As for the star, the ships sensors cant tell much, but you'll be far enough away from it when you jump out of the system.

The Privateer's Blade arrives back at the starport. You find the guy who gave you the cardalonian coordinates and show him $2500 worth of the cargo, and he takes $1000, meaning you keep $2000.

i wouldn't switch out the autocannons because we sometimes need heavy hitter weapons
