To tell you guys to be careful while sleeping on your side or stomach, because that's what I do. Also, if you're a tosser-and-turner like me, you might have some more problems.
Um, I've been sleeping like that for 16 years, and I'm still fine.
It's probably something that's fairly uncommon, and it just happened to you by chance.
I bet it could even happen to people who are running or doing things that makes them move a fair amount.
