i tested windows 8 and windows 7 on the same computer and 8 runs faster wtf are you on

They booted about the same for me. I did a separate install and removed the stuffware from windows 7 and it started up about 7 seconds faster then windows 8.

I've installed numerous OSes on my laptop. Windows 8 boots by far the fastest. The hardware is crappy and still I get the best performance on Windows 8.

November 30th, we'll be announcing the next set of titles to launch via Steam Greenlight. At that time, at least 10 game titles are expected to be offered worldwide distribution agreements via Steam.
