The difference is that 99.999% of all good Blockland servers use either the custom/sandbox gamemode or a custom gamemode that they're the only server using. But I guess a filter so it only shows custom and gamemodes with less than say 10 servers up.

Badspot does not use RTB therefore it will not be default in the game. Plain and simple.
