Not necessarily. There is no mention of the forums in the main menu. It will take time for people to Google "Blockland" and find this place.

I only really found the Blockland Forums after I wanted to find the answer to a question I had about Blockland.
So I googled Blockland and found the forums via that.

Of course I purchased the game from Blockland.us, but I never clicked on the Forum's under the Community Section, which has been there for some time. So I was atleast aware that there were community areas for the game.
People purchasing via Steam likely won't have that put quite so much in their face. Although I presume any description of Blockland, if and when it gets Greenlit, will include a link to the blockland.us website and Forum.

Consider the ratio between the amount of active forum users and the amount of active Blockland users.
Now, consider that already at this point, the admins/mods spend a lot of their time on this and still sometimes can't manage everything.

And not to be offensive, but currently, you'd need to be at least slightly intelligent and interested in social communication to research Blockland more than just "buy" → "download". Look at some of the people we have here. Now imagine many more of them. Yay, pages and pages of Drama.

Imagine if, just for example, the general posting activity was multiplied by four. It'd be absolutely impossible to discuss anything due to the constant flux of new posts "drowning everything else".

And no, "getting more admins" is not the solution.

Come on now, you're kinda over reacting here. It won't be that bad. Who hasn't been drama'd atleast once? Most of them will learn better and become more mature. They will need help and time, but it will happen. Most of our users went through this process.

Everyone(almost, I guess) was a stupid idiot and did not learn that our community is special and needs special needs. Yes, the Drama board will fill up, but 70% of the new people will learn like how we did.
