I'm curious: explain the difference between the three. I've seen all sorts of stuff about agnosticism but I've never actually seen anything about being areligious.

Well.
Here's what I understand.
Atheism is basically saying that you believe that there is no god, no deity of any kind. This implies surety.
Agnosticism is not quite areligion either, since it is the state of searching for god; finding your own definitions and still being spiritual in some way.
Areligion is the complete absence of religious belief. There is no denial of god, there is no acceptance.
