rocket assault rifles are really bad most of the time

most of the time yes, but every once in a while you can find a good one

also the explosive "mini-guns" are awesome

if the loot is stuffty, level up
you aren't going to find orange level 12500 damage rocket launchers that corrode things at level 14

try the slot machines in sanctuary you have a chance of getting good loot from those...although it is very rare it can be worth it

i never said it was guaranteed for the first 3 tries...i meant that it was something to use if you're desperate
