1: By the lighthouse, Near Mordecai's hideout
2: Walkway with the Tower smashed in
3: Chair by one of the last long hallways.

It was really uneventful for me.  I just went shoot shoot shoot, die, shoot shoot shoot, die, shoot shoot shoot.  Then he died and I just kinda felt cheated out.  Even the Angel battle with the cores or whatever was more exciting than that.
