Author Topic: Facebook guy kills dogs for barking - ARGUMENTS  (Read 23731 times)

One time I told Lalam about how I sprayed a bug with lysol and killed it because it was in my house, and he went on a rant about how I should have shared my home with nature or something.

He will never understand that humans are superior to animals despite how much you guys argue with him, you shouldnt even bother.

All animals feel an emotion, certain animals don't feel the emotions that other do, such as a roosterroach, a roosterroach only has enough endorphins to retain fear and pain. A human, has enough endorphins to feel fear, happiness, sadness, anger, and more.

I knew that, I was just wondering what everyone was arguing about.

Well, perhaps if you (or Ceist) had read what I said or presented an argument that wasn't an attempt to sound smart or 'durr you're not an animal you don't understand animals 100% so you can't talk about them' I might be more receptive to what you have to say. Regardless, news flash - the same argument would apply to you. You don't understand animals either, so anything you say in support of them is worthless. Welcome to an impasse. But you're free to sit there and keep calling me unintelligent as much as you want, you'll win that way, for sure.

Oh, boy. I don't think he'll like me, then. I keep a stock in cans of Raid just so I can murder anything with more than four legs in my home.

So animals can't feel emotion or something?
most of them can't
and even the ones that are able to can only feel really simple ones like fear n stuff
cept monkeys and probably dolphins and maybe dogs or cats. they can get jealous
Based around you presenting an argument without the means to justify it.  Sure thing, kid.
what argument
lol
the only time I actually argued about the OP's subject, I was on your side of it
also you called me a kid again. logically that would mean you're trying to defend your maturity by making others' seem worse. gj

I hate when people use condescending phrases like "kid" to win an argument. His age isnt a factor on his ability to hold and argue for his opinions, nor does it define how intelligent he is.

So under the circumstance that you're insulted, you will resort to ignoring an argument entirely?

Yeah, because even though someone presents a plausible argument, you should just ignore their approach on the subject.

As I said before, you're a narcissist.  So, while I'll let you express your opinion, being dismissive of another's argument is the sign of denial or simple ignorance.

Hahaha, you obviously don't know anything about biology.  Emotion is a form of expressing communication or the determining of specific actions.  It is active in almost all life, aside from the very basic single celled organisms.
Argument: A reason or set of reasons given with the aim of persuading others that an action or idea is right or wrong.
Stating I'm embarrassing myself presents an argument.

Im so lost as to what youre trying to say by calling me a narcissist. Using the everyday definition Id think you were saying Im in love with myself, but that wouldnt be related to anything Ive said in this topic so Im lost.

The assumption that you're correct, and all argument presented opposing you, is invalid.  Or, in this case, how you've treated the argument I had displayed.

Oh in that case Ill proudly agree, holla for a dolla

I'm having a lot of trouble quoting large posts on my phone so:

@lalam: ok like I implied (bc you'd get all literal on me if I said "said"), you're embarrassing yourself by making a stupid argument in a stupid way. it's also pretty clear that you're trying to make yourself seem smarter by using complex words. I would believe someone if they told me you were using a thesaurus
STOP IT PLEASE IM ALMOST EIGHTEEN
yeah whatever kiddo doubt it

I'd like to point out that I've never even said I understood animals.

Also Night Fox, many animals feel emotion, emotion is the amount of endorphins being to trasnferred between two nerve endings in the brain.

that might matter if I was talking about the literal definition of emotion

Yeah I luminescent while I circumlocution just to show you that parsimonious doesn't mean perspicacious.
